Cancellation Policy

To respect my time and livelihood, if you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule between 24 hours and 1 hour before the session you will be charged 50% of the session fee unless there are emergency circumstances and you have contacted me directly to arrange. If you cancel within one hour or no-show to your appointment you will be charged the full fee. If you are running late please email or text to let me know. I will wait up to 15 minutes to accommodate unforeseen circumstances delaying your arrival, however I may not be able to extend the session.
